SECTION A: AI TECHNOLOGY & CONTENT INTEGRITY (POST PRO / MAP-CLIMBER)

Niagara Stands Out utilizes proprietary AI-assisted technologies, including the Post Pro Daily Update Generator and Map-Climber Search Optimization tools, to facilitate business growth for our clients.

• User Responsibility: While our tools utilize advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate high-quality content, users are responsible for final proofreading and ensuring all published information is accurate and legally compliant for their specific industry.
• Data Usage: Content generated through our AI tools is the property of the user upon final publication, provided it does not violate our "Prohibited Uses" section in our main Terms.
• Service Continuity: We reserve the right to update our AI algorithms to ensure compliance with changing search engine guidelines (Google, Bing, etc.) without prior notice.
• Human Oversight: All AI-generated content is designed to be reviewed and approved by a human operator before publication. We do not support fully automated, unmonitored publishing of AI content.

SECTION B: REVIEW PRODUCTS & GOOGLE COMPLIANCE STANDARDS

All NFC Google Review Cards, Plaques, and Stands sold by Niagara Stands Out are designed as facilitation tools for honest customer feedback.

• Strict Anti-Gating Policy: We do not provide, support, or endorse "review gating" (filtering negative reviews before they reach Google). Our NFC devices link directly to the Google Business Profile review interface without any intermediary filtering.
• Zero Incentive Policy: We explicitly prohibit and do not endorse the use of rewards, discounts, or any other form of compensation in exchange for positive ratings. This practice violates Google Merchant Center and FTC (Federal Trade Commission) guidelines.
• Direct API Connection: Our tools are programmed to link directly to your official Google Business Profile via public APIs. The success and frequency of reviews depend entirely on your business's customer service and the honest contributions of your patrons.
• Compliance Guarantee: By using our review-facilitation products, you agree to follow all Google Business Profile "Content Guidelines" and "Prohibited and Restricted Content" policies.

SECTION C: MATERIAL STANDARDS & SIGNAGE COMPLIANCE

Our physical products (Vinyl Decals, Storefront Signage, Fleet Branding) are manufactured to professional durability standards.

• Niagara Durability: Signs are engineered to withstand Niagara/Ontario specific weather conditions (High UV, extreme cold, and moisture). We call this "Niagara-Tested" quality.
• AODA Compliance: For storefront signage, users are responsible for ensuring local municipal sign permit compliance and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards where applicable. We can provide guidance upon request.
• Data Privacy (DCPA): All local lead generation data is handled in accordance with the Digital Charter Implementation Act (Canada).
