How to Set Up Your NFC Review Card

Getting more 5-star reviews is easy with your new Niagara Stands Out NFC card. Follow this guide to get started.

Step 1: Unboxing & Placement

Your card comes pre-programmed with your Google Review link. Place the stand or sticker in a high-visibility area where customers pay or wait. Avoid placing it directly on metal surfaces if possible, as this can sometimes interfere with the NFC signal.

Step 2: Testing

Before your first customer uses it, give it a test! Unlock your smartphone and tap the top back (iPhone) or middle (Android) of your phone against the NFC icon on the card. Your Google Review page should pop up instantly.

Step 3: Ask for the Review

This is the most important step! When a customer has a great experience, simply point to the card and say: "Would you mind tapping this to leave us a quick review on Google? It really helps us out."

Troubleshooting

Phone not scanning? Ensure the customer's phone is unlocked and NFC is enabled (it's on by default for most modern phones). If it still doesn't work, ask them to scan the QR code on the card instead.
