Custom orders typically require 2-5 business days for production before shipment. This timeframe applies to custom stickers, decals, labels, and personalized products. Digital services and NFC products may have different timelines based on complexity.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer flexible shipping options for orders within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production completion via Canada Post
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production completion via Canada Post or courier
  • Overnight Shipping: Available for select regions (contact us for details)

NFC Hardware & Smart Products

NFC products and smart hardware are carefully packaged and shipped using standard or express options. These items are insured during transit. Delivery timelines follow the same schedule as physical products (2-7 business days after production, depending on shipping method selected).

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination country. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us for details about shipping to your specific location.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment (or expected delivery date)
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Include your order number and shipping label details
  • We will arrange a replacement shipment or refund, subject to carrier claims
