06 Blue Collar Phrase clear background

📦 What's Included

Your hard hat, your truck, your toolbox — they say who you are on the job. This blue collar hard hat decal is die-cut from cast vinyl in Canada, built to hold through every pressure wash, freeze-thaw cycle, and season of direct Canadian sun the trades can deliver.

What You Get

Four working sizes. One order. Every surface covered.

  • 4" — hard hat side panels, toolbox lids, hard case fronts
  • 6" — centre panel on most Class E hard hats, cab windows, lunch kits
  • 8" — toolbox doors, job box faces, gang box lids
  • 12" — tailgates, trailer doors, site trailers, service truck panels

Each decal is die-cut with no background panel — clean lettering directly on any colour surface, whether your lid is white, yellow, orange, or black. Made in Canada, direct from our Canada facility. No middleman. No imported bulk stock.

How It Works

Ships with transfer tape pre-applied. Clean the surface, peel the backing, position, squeegee once. The die-cut edge sits flat against hard hat shells and truck doors without lifting at the corners — which is exactly where printed stickers fail first. No background panel to trim around, no air pockets to chase.

  • Bonds to ABS, polyethylene, and fibreglass hard hat shells
  • Adheres to painted steel, powder-coated aluminium, and fibreglass toolbox surfaces
  • Briefly repositionable during application — permanent bond once set
  • Pressure-wash safe after full cure

Why It Works

Most trade stickers are printed vinyl — a layer of ink sitting on top of a film. Pressure washing lifts the ink. UV breaks down the colour. Freeze-thaw pops the edges. These are cast vinyl: colour is cast into the film during manufacturing, not applied on top of it. There is no ink layer to crack, fade, or peel off under a wand.

  • Manufacturer-rated up to 7 years outdoors — UV-stable, waterproof, and pressure-wash resistant
  • Cast vinyl conforms to the curved geometry of a hard hat shell without cracking at the flex points
  • Colour integrity holds under direct Canadian sun, not just sheltered or mild-weather use
  • Die-cut in Canada — every edge is machine-clean, no hand-trimming required on-site

Bulk printed stickers cost less because they last less. Cast vinyl is the same material specification used in commercial vehicle wraps and equipment markings — there is a reason that spec exists, and it is the same reason we use it here.

Pick your size, add to cart, and put your trade on your gear — made in Canada, shipped to the job site.
